How long do I have to claim my prize?
The timeframe for claiming prizes may vary depending on the specific terms set out by New Zealand legislation. In most cases, you will have up to 6 months from the date of the draw to claim your prize. However, we recommend reviewing the terms and conditions that apply to your specific lottery.

Is there a fee to claim my prize?
No, we do not charge any fees to process your prize claim. You will receive the full amount of your winnings. Draw Information
What happens if a draw is cancelled?
In the unlikely event that a draw is cancelled, all ticket purchases for that particular draw will be fully refunded to your account. You will also receive a notification with details about the cancellation and confirmation of the refund.
Eligibility
Can I participate if I don't live in New Zealand?
Currently, only New Zealand residents who purchase tickets through our official channels are eligible to participate. International users are not permitted to enter any of our lottery games. A valid New Zealand ID is required for account verification and prize redemption.
